DESIGN CONSULTATION
We talk through with you about your vision for the space, we evaluate the site and ensure our design will not only surpass your expectations but add real estate value to you home.

OUR PROPOSAL
We send you our proposal with 3D visuals. If changes are required, we are here to make them happen. Once we have your approval, we sign you on board.

PERMIT APPLICATION
Our team manages all the council and building permit so you don't have to do anything, sit back and relax.

DELIVERY
Once permit is approved, we organise delivery of job materials from Stratco. This can take between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the product range.

BUILD
This is fun part where your dream comes to life step by step through our building phase.

INSPECTION
Once all construction has been completed, a final inspection is performed by the building inspector.
